I would like to thank you for your time and patience. We were looking for contact management software to replace our Outlook Business Contact Manager that we were using and we are glad that you were so understanding over the last year when we had multiple setbacks in purchasing a new contact management software. We were looking for a contact management software that would be able to track all correspondence with clients, accounts, and jobs and also be able to import all of our data from Business Contact Manager. We also needed to get a software that we could share clients, accounts, and jobs and track emails, appointments, notes, and important documents. We have found that InfoFlo has met our needs more than any other contact management software we tried out. When I first looked at the software from Carmel Vision it was called Virtual Filing Cabinet. While Virtual Filing Cabinet was a great product, it was a little difficult to navigate. Now with InfoFlo your company has made some great improvements and it is now much easier to navigate. The layout of InfoFlo makes it so easy to find all of our important emails, notes, documents, and appointments. It is great that we are able to share jobs, contacts, and accounts so when one of the employees is out and a client calls in we can easily answer questions and follow up on any to-do items promptly without having to dig through a bunch of different spots. We reviewed multiple CRM’s and we decided on InfoFlo because it had everything we were looking for plus an excellent support team. Anytime we had any questions or problems you were great to work with and always answered our questions promptly. We are very happy with our switch from Business Contact Manager to InfoFlo. Making the switch was really easy with InfoFlo’s import function we were able to import all of our Contacts, accounts, and emails quickly. Thank you again for all your help.

InfoFlo is a TOTAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT plus CONTACT MANAGEMENT software. It is as its original name suggests, a Virtual File Cabinet. It allows you to organize your computer file system in whatever way you choose, according to your own organizational thinking, just as you would if you had real filing cabinets. If you want to set up a list of contacts for friends, family, employees, or according to age, gender, business, occupation, or even multiple fields (you would have trouble doing that with real file cabinets). It seems there are very few if any limitations. Since I have looked at so many different programs and have dealt personally with Carmel Vision, I want to pass on to other users what I have discovered. (Believe, me, I am a terrible salesman. The only way I could sell a product is if I believed in it, and if it sells itself. I could sell InfoFlo, because I wouldn’t have to talk anyone into it; it would sell itself.) I can honestly say this is finally what information management should be. Nothing else really compares.

When I think of a grocery market, I think of limitations. When I think of a Supermarket, I think of more choices that I like. That’s what I get with Carmel Vision’s InfoFlo. I can do everything from within one application InfoFlo saves me time when performing tasks that I need to complete a client project as they can all be performed using the InfoFlo application. It is a great product. I don’t have to waste time anymore in searching for client folders across nine (9) hard drives and 6 different applications. I just do an alphabetical preview and everything is right there. I am constantly testing the limits of InfoFlo because I want to know I have an application that will always work within my stringent Requirements. It has not failed me yet. Thanks Carmel Vision

Last week, I had a ‘Eureka moment’! I discovered a software solution that I think might actually persuade me that the paperless office can be a reality. At worst, it will slash the time I spend filing and searching files and reduce the clutter surrounding me. In just one week of using it I’ve filled my waste bin half a dozen times and cleared almost a full file drawer! InfoFlo……It’s novel. It’s versatile. It’s efficient. It’s surprisingly affordable. It’s easy to use. It works. In fact, it so impressed me that I’m seriously considering taking up distribution rights for my geographic region and promoting it to small business right across the country. (I’m amazing myself by writing such high praise, because I actually hate software. I’ve spent a small fortune on solutions that just don’t make the grade.) InfoFlo is kind of a cross between a contact and communications management system and a document management system. It’s the only office management application that places the entire office at your fingertips.

To the team at Carmel Vision I am not a technology guy and I have never written a product testimonial. I love this software program! With 20 years of sales experience, I have used ACT, Outlook, Siebel, and Salesforce.com. While contact management is critical for my business, all the above solutions were tedious and ultimately were not utilized to the extent I needed. I have never seen a product like InfoFlo. It’s simple, works great, and is extremely valuable to my every day and every minute workflow. I anticipate using this software for the rest of my career, and the more I understand its functionality, the more I am able to benefit from it.
