I am writing to describe a very positive experience with the InfoFlo Contact Management Software product and its support team. I have been working in the computer / software industry since 1986 (pre-Windows!) and have used a wide variety of contact management / sales tracking applications over that 25+ year period. InfoFlo / Carmel Vision is BY FAR the best application of its kind I have ever seen. I started a new business venture (essentially, my third start-up) in the human resource technology field late last summer, and I began searching the market for an application that would fit the current workplace in terms of integrating and managing multiple information sources, information types and work flows – and make it easier to manage everything rather than more difficult. I needed a solution that would deliver what I needed, when I needed it – and allow me to add features and functions on a pace that paralleled my activities. Contact management and communication is the core of any business, but because I am a Team of One, the solution for performing these critical functions had to be easy, fast, intuitive and efficient. InfoFlo scores 10’s in all areas. The major apps I considered all seemed too heavy, too expensive and overblown with built-in functions and features that seemed to complicate a technology-driven market and its information overload rather than simplify it. . Following a conversation with Shai Berliner in September 2011, I was convinced to try InfoFlo – and he and his team have since helped me through several upgrades, add-ons, on-going technical support and most recently (today! 2/27/12) with migrating the application and ALL of my data to a new computer platform, without a hitch, without a glitch and WITHOUT talking to a machine! Kudos to the InfoFlo team and their innovative solution – paced to the growth and needs of its clients….now that’s a RARE business perspective!

InfoFlo is a TOTAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT plus CONTACT MANAGEMENT software. It is as its original name suggests, a Virtual File Cabinet. It allows you to organize your computer file system in whatever way you choose, according to your own organizational thinking, just as you would if you had real filing cabinets. If you want to set up a list of contacts for friends, family, employees, or according to age, gender, business, occupation, or even multiple fields (you would have trouble doing that with real file cabinets). It seems there are very few if any limitations. Since I have looked at so many different programs and have dealt personally with Carmel Vision, I want to pass on to other users what I have discovered. (Believe, me, I am a terrible salesman. The only way I could sell a product is if I believed in it, and if it sells itself. I could sell InfoFlo, because I wouldn’t have to talk anyone into it; it would sell itself.) I can honestly say this is finally what information management should be. Nothing else really compares.

When I think of a grocery market, I think of limitations. When I think of a Supermarket, I think of more choices that I like. That’s what I get with Carmel Vision’s InfoFlo. I can do everything from within one application InfoFlo saves me time when performing tasks that I need to complete a client project as they can all be performed using the InfoFlo application. It is a great product. I don’t have to waste time anymore in searching for client folders across nine (9) hard drives and 6 different applications. I just do an alphabetical preview and everything is right there. I am constantly testing the limits of InfoFlo because I want to know I have an application that will always work within my stringent Requirements. It has not failed me yet. Thanks Carmel Vision

We have been utilizing the software for approximately two months and its acceptance by all members of my staff has been quite remarkable. While it is common to encounter resistance when changing from an existing software program to a new format, I am pleased to report that was not the case with INFOFLO. To a great degree I believe it is the result of the intuitive nature of the system as developed by your team. Additionally, the features incorporated into the software have provided Gilman, Pope with a great deal of flexibility in the development of its new marketing effort while allowing for the necessary level of analysis needed to evaluate the overall effectiveness of our new offering. In particular, the bulk email marketing component of your software has allowed us to handle all electronic marketing efforts in-house eliminating outside costs and delays. On a separate note, I would like to extend my thanks to your team for its remarkable support effort. Obviously, there are always nuanced differences from business to business whether it is tied to the company’s existing IT infrastructure or the nature of the business itself. Regardless of the issues that arose during the process of incorporating INFOFLO into Gilman, Pope’s operations, your staff was extremely responsive and creative in allowing us to arrive at solutions that met our particular needs. And, while seldom needed, your company continues to provide timely and informed support as required. To the team at Carmel Vision I am not a technology guy and I have never written a product testimonial. I love this software program! With 20 years of sales experience, I have used ACT, Outlook, Siebel, and Salesforce.com. While contact management is critical for my business, all the above solutions were tedious and ultimately were not utilized to the extent I needed. I have never seen a product like InfoFlo. It’s simple, works great, and is extremely valuable to my every day and every minute workflow.
