What is the Merged View?

The Merged View allows you to view entities in a single/dual panel view, the summary view and the preview page all on one screen.

  1. To access the Merged View, click 'Dashboard'
  2. Click 'Merged View' from the menu that appears above the left menu.
  3. This is what the merged view may look like.
  4. This view consists of four resizeable panels and the content within each panel can be customized to suit your needs.
  5. In the red section 'a', you can view a list of Contacts, Companies, Projects or Categories. In this example, a list of contacts is displayed.
  6. In the purple section 'b', you can view any tab found on the Summary View for the selected item including Summary, Emails, Calendars, My Files, Notes, Tasks, Recordings and Faxes.
  7. In the green section 'c', you can view a list of Emails, Calendars, Notes, Tasks, Recordings, Faxes and Scans.
  8. In the yellow section 'd', you can see a preview of the selected item in section c.
  9. The Dual Panel view can be accessed by clicking 'Relations' and selecting either 'Show Companies', 'Show Projects' or 'Show Categories'
