How do I create a New Folder and Upload a file within the My Files tab?

  1. Select 'Contacts' from the left navigation menu and select a contact (The following steps may be completed for any Contact, Company, Category or Project).
  2. Select the 'My Files' tab from the bottom right of the right panel. The file depot for the entity will be displayed.
  3. Select a Folder.
  4. Click the 'New Folder' button.
  5. Here you can rename the ‘New Folder’ and press enter to save the new folder.
  6. To upload the file to the new folder, keep the folder selected and click 'Upload'.
  7. Select the file you would like to upload and click 'Open'.
  8. Confirm the upload by clicking 'Yes'.
  9. The file has been uploaded and linked to the selected contact or entity under the New Folder.
