How to clear InfoFlo Database

in Troubleshooting

Here are the steps- to be done on the server machine

1) Stop the InfoFlo service
2) Go to c:/carmelvision/InfoFlo Server
3) Remove both InfoFlo.mdf and InfoFlo.log.ldf files
4) Go into the Database folder in path c:/carmelvision/InfoFlo Server and copy both files into the directory c:/carmelvision/InfoFlo Server
5) Start InfoFlo service
6) Add user to InfoFlo database http://www.carmelvision.com/kb/knowledgebase/how-do-i-add-an-infoflo-user/
