Note: This is only relevant if you are purchasing our On Premise InfoFlo software, rather than our Cloud solution. InfoFlo has taken the idea of the virtual office to next level. With other unique client-server architecture, the InfoFlo client is completely firewall transparent using HTTP. This means that to access InfoFlo from outside the office, all you need to do is install the client on any PC and you're connected, with 512-bit encryption. Unlike our competitors, this is simple to setup and does require a complicated VPN connection.

Server Architecture
InfoFlo always provides users with the most updated information, no matter what computer you are signing in from as InfoFlo only stores cache information on the InfoFlo client, while storing all information on the InfoFlo On Premise private server or on our cloud (depending if you purchase our On Premise or Cloud solution...more info here). Therefore, when signing in from an InfoFlo client, InfoFlo will automatically update all information, creating what is he worlds first and only true virtual office solution!

Infinite InfoFlo Clients
Unlike our competitors, we do not charge extra if you want to install the InfoFlo client on multiple computers. In fact, you can install the InfoFlo client on any PC you like, whether at home, work or another office. As explained above, thanks to our server architecture, the InfoFlo client will automatically download all information needed from the server, so not matter where you are logging in from, you will always receive the most updated information.
