- Seemelss intergration with any IMAP/POP3 email account including free providers such as Gmail for sending and receiving emails

- Send and receive email messages in Personal VFC without having to constantly check emails via web
- SIP Softphone
- Client and Server components may be installed on separate machines allowing you to take your office with you anywhere you go

- Support for all fax devices configurable under Windows
- Built in viewing tools (zoom, rotate, etc.)

Document Scanning ($49) :
- Drag & Drop, centralized scanning distribution
- Support for any TWAIN compliant scanner with appropriate drivers
- Drag & Drop storage and archival into entity depot
- Attach custom comments to scans for quick searching without the need for OCR
Business Card Scanning ($49) :
- Drag & Drop, centralized business card distribution
- Built in OCR(Supported by Scanner manufacture) and editor
- Automatic import into contact management system
- Store business card image into user profile
