| Microsoft Sharepoint Integration:
Enterprise VFC is built on top of the Microsoft Sharepoint engine and is fully integrated with Microsoft SharePoint 2007, without the need to purchase the Sharepoint Server!
With just a single click, Enterprise VFC users have access to all that Microsoft SharePoint has to offer. Enterprise VFC users can then collaborate with other Enterprise VFC users or non-Enterprise VFC users, or both at the same time as the SharePoint collaboration takes place remotely, over the web.
The integration between Microsoft Sharepoint and Enterprise VFC brings together many powerful features for collaborating on documents. All collaborations are done from a central location and are automatically archived and indexed.
Real-Time Collaboration with Users and Groups:
Using the team and job entities of Enterprise VFC, users can create sub workgroups and collaborate with other Enterprise VFC users each with an assigned task & a collection of associated resources. This collaboration can securely occur over the internet as Enterprise VFC is firewall transparent, with 512-bith encryption.
With a single click a user can send an email to all members of a team/group or job and can view all faxes, documents, file transfers, voice recordings, calls, appointments, notes and sharepoint collaborations that relate to that job or group.
Teams/Groups entities are easily formed by using drag and drop to organize people into workgroups allowing all communications in any group/team to be in one place and available only to the assigned participant.
Job entity are formed by drag and drop, bringing together customers/companies, contacts, and teams, all job/project information can be assign to Job entity.
These activities are managed through a workflow definition engine together with the permissions controls defined within the given team or job. Our built-in management engine includes full check-in / check-out and version control capabilities over the internet, as Enterprise VFC is firewall transparent.
The system supports Microsoft file formats and Adobe PDF. For cross platform viewing, searching and printing purposes, all incoming files are auto-generated into PDF format.
