Personal VFC - Personal VFC can import both Address books and emails collections from Outlook. Any imported contact and/or company will be added to the Business Relations panel. Imported emails related to known entities will be displayed in the Activity Logs panel as known items and automatically connected to the given entity email collection basket in the Database panel. However, if the imported email is determined to be unknown, it will be displayed as an unknown item on the Activity Logs panel and be treated as spam. Thus, it is considered good practice to import contacts first then import emails. This way most imported emails will be displayed as known.
Moreover, business relations from Personal VFC can be exported to Outlook. This is especially convenient when attempting to sync Personal VFC data to handheld devices.
