Virtual Filing Cabinet - Document Management

Personal VFC automatically manages & archives all communication activities and links them to defined entities within the 4 Dimensional Contact Management System.

The entities making up the system are Categories, Companies, Contacts and Jobs.

The Business Relations panel displays any two of the three entities at a time .  Inside the panel, there are two list boxes highlighted in red.  These are used to display the two entities selected as a parent / child relationship.

       

The figure above demonstrates the companies on the left, while all contacts linked to the selected company are shown on the right.  With a single click, the view can be changed to display all teams, jobs or categories associated with the selected company.  This is done by selecting the required entity. When clicked, the results will be displayed in the right side of the panel.
