Centralized Scanning & TWAIN

The Scan component is designed to enhance office management efficiency by centralizing all scanning. It is especially useful in environments where shared resources such as scanners are centrally located to serve a group or a department. VFC seamlessly integrates with any TWAIN compliant scanner, allowing clients to continue using the native application provided by the scanner vendor. Therefore, you do not require any extra software from us.

Remote Send/Receive

Thanks VFC's unique client-server architecture, you can securely send and receive scans from anywhere in the world. All you need is a TWAIN scanner (if sending) and an internet connection.

Delivery

Delivering items such as scans is a simple drag & drop operation. Scans can be directly deposited into any entities Document Depot. Therfore, if a scan is dragged & dropped into a shared project's document depot, for example a "Marketing" folder it is instantly distributed to all users sharing the Job and will appear in the shared "Marketing" folder. Similarly, you can instantly link any scan to the Document Depot of any contact, category or company.
