Easily create a collaborative project with a single click and share information with permission control options.

Classify a Collaborative Project:
You can choose to classify a project. When classifying you are guaranteeing that all similar projects will have the same icon and will be grouped together, creating an organized list of all collaborative projects created.

Project Information Collaboration:
Shared users can share emails, appointments, files and notes to a specific collaborative project..

Share Contacts (No Duplicate Information):
Users can instantly share contacts with other project members. When adding a contact, users can select whether to also include all information associated with the contact including the emails, appointments, files and notes. This will save you much needed time as you can now share a contact without having to duplicate information!

Document Collaboration:

Email Collaboration:
Specific emails can be added to a project with a simple drag and drop to ensure that only relevant emails are added.When sending a team email, the email will be broadcasted to all other team members. Non-InfoFlo users who are part of this project can even reply to the email. The email will be automatically shared and linked to the project entity, so that all team members can view them.

Calendar Collaboration:
All meetings and appointments can be broadcasted and collaborated on. Simply click on the shared project and then select the calendar tab to view and update all shared meetings and appointments. All desired recipients including InfoFlo and non-InfoFlo users (shared contacts) can receive meetings and appointments requests.
