Embedded Softphone:
InfoFlo comes with a built-in soft phone allowing users to make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls within InfoFlo.

Instant Caller Information:
As soon as you receive a call InfoFlo instantly looks up and displays contact information within the softphone. The softphone will also contain a link to the contact so users can easily pull out all previous communications like Emails, Documents, Notes, Appointments and Meetings, Faxes etc. with the caller contact. This will greatly improve efficiency so InfoFlo users can have all customer information at the tip of their fingers. .

Click-To-Call:
Now with Click-To-Call functionality users can click on any contact or company name within InfoFlo and make a quick dial without the need to ever memorize and enter the contact number manually.

Call History:
All incoming and outgoing call details (end & start time, duration, call status) are automatically linked and stored under the appropriate contact or company name. This helps to store all customer call records for record retention and reference purposes. Users can also add comments to all call records.

Voicemail:
All voicemails are automatically linked and stored under the appropriate contact or company name. Users can then retrieve their voicemails directly from within InfoFlo with a single-click and even email the voicemail recording all within InfoFlo.

Call Recording:
Tired of forgetting previous phone conversations? With InfoFlo users can now record all telephone calls automatically or on-demand. Once a call is recorded it is automatically linked and stored under the appropriate contact or company name. Users can then retrieve their recording directly from within InfoFlo with a single-click and even email the recording all within InfoFlo.
