Note Editor:
Just like with Microsoft notepad, you can copy and paste text from anywhere to the InfoFlo Note Editor and add whatever information you want. Some additional features include font and size selection, bold, italic, underline, text alignment, insert a link, spell checker and more.
Link and Archive Notes:
As with emails, notes items are automatically linked to their respective contact, company or shared project entities and are archived. Notes can be easily edited, linked to multiple entities and even printed.
Notes History for each Contact:
Select a contact and go to the Notes tab to see ALL messages received from or sent to this contact.
Notes History for each Shared Project and/or Shared Contact:
Select a shared project and click on the Notes tab to see ALL notes linked to the project. As well, you can select a shared contact within a shared project and click on the Notes tab to view all notes linked to this contact.
View Notes from People you Know:
In your InfoFlo inbox, all notes are automatically filtered by Known and Unknown. All Known notes are related to contact, company, category or shared project entities.
Notes History:
Select a contact, company, category or shared project entity and go to the Note tab to see ALL notes associated with the entity.
Link Notes:
Link notes to multiple contact, company, category or project entities. The note can now be viewed from any of those entities.
Populate Notes:
Populate any Unknown notes to an entity.
Timestamp:
All notes include a timestamp and customizable headers. If you ever need to edit a note, simply double-click it and add whatever content you like. All information will be updated including the time stamp. Just imagine the time you will instantly save you when working on a shared project or dealing with a customer.
