Notes Management Features:

Link and Archive Notes:
As with emails, notes items are automatically linked to their respective contactand are archived. Notes can be easily edited, linked to multiple entities and even printed.

Notes History:
Select a contact or company and select the Note tab to see ALL notes associated with the entity.

Link Notes:
Link notes to multiple contacts or companies with a simple copy & paste. The note can now be viewed from any of those entities.

View Notes from People you Know:
In your InfoFlo inbox, all notes are automatically filtered by Known and Unknown. All Known notes are related to contact, company, category or shared project entities. Populate any Unknown notes to an entity.

Jump to A Contact
From the InfoFlo inbox view of all notes, InfoFlo lets you instantly jump to a contact associated with a specific note so that you can view all other information linked to the conact, such as other notes, emails, files, meeting & appointments and tasks.

Note Editor:
Just like with Microsoft notepad, you can copy and paste text from anywhere to the InfoFlo Note Editor and add whatever information you want. Some additional features include font and size selection, bold, italic, underline, text alignment, insert a link, spell checker and more.

Timestamp:
All notes include a timestamp and customizable headers. If you ever need to edit a note, simply double-click it and add whatever content you like. All information will be updated including the time stamp. Just imagine the time you will instantly save you when dealing with a customer.
