Link and Archive Faxes:
With InfoFlo you can securely send and receive faxes from anywhere in the world. As with emails, InfoFlo automatically filters all faxes into a Known and Unknown list, greatly reducing spam. Unknown faxes can be populated and marked as Known. All Known faxes are automatically linked to entities and are only a single click away!
Send a Fax:
To send a fax, simply right-click on the entity, such as the contact, select the "New Fax to Contact" option and InfoFlo loads the built-in fax editor. From there you can include a subject header, send the Fax to multiple recipients, select your cover page, attach a document, include any notes and preview the fax before sending it.
Centralized Faxing:
The Fax component was designed to enhance office management efficiency by centralizing all faxing functionality, usually maintained by administrative assistants. Delivering items such as faxes to other InfoFlo users is a simple drag & drop operation. Plus, if you want to distribute the fax to many co-workers, simply drag and drop it to a shared job. It's that easy!
Two-Mode Fax:
The fax component is available in two modes. The first mode provides all users the permission to view all Known and Unknown faxes and pick out those that relate to them. The second mode provides only authorized users to view all faxes and distribute them appropriately, such as a secretary would. Both options are very simple to setup providing you with complete flexibility.
