Select Contacts:
Never waste time manually adding contacts one at a time again! With InfoFlo you can select your desired contacts by selecting the category, company or shared project entity which already contain your linked contacts, making it a one click process. Alternatively you can simply select multiple contacts from the contact list. It's as easy as that.
Preview Recipient List and Email:
Before creating the email, InfoFlo permits the user to review & modify potential recipient list. As well, the email template can be previewed on demand, at any point, before sending it out.
Personalize your Email:
The broadcasted message can be personalized by placing custom tags in the message text. The custom tags include the contact's first name, last name, Job Title, Address, Phone number and more.
Automatic Processing of Mass Email (Not Spam):
Upon creation of the bulk email all processing is handled by the InfoFlo email gateway server, immediately freeing up the client resources. So even if you send a bulk email to thousands of contacts, your InfoFlo client will never slow down. As well, we process the emails so that individual email server receiving the emails will treat the email as a normal email and not spam.
Sent to Individual
Each recipient will see only their name in the "To" field of the email, protecting the broadcast and making it seem private and confidential to each recipient.
Tracking:
As with any activity, the email will be automatically linked to all contacts on the recipient list, making it simple to track.
