Automatic Linking and Archiving of Emails:
All emails are automatically linked and archived to the appropriate contact or shared project, saving you precious time in having to manually drag and drop an email to a contact folder like you do in Outlook and other popular Email clients. You never need to set rules or filters again, InfoFlo will automatically link all emails for you!
Email History for each Contact:
Select a contact and go to the Email tab to see ALL emails received from or sent to this contact's email addresses!
Email History for each Shared Project and/or Shared Contact:
Select a shared project and click on the Email tab to see ALL messages received from or sent to this shared project. As well, you can select a shared contact within a shared project and click on the Email tab to view all Emails specifically from or sent to this contact.
Emails from People you Know:
In your InfoFlo inbox, all emails are automatically filtered by Known and Unknown. All Known messages are coming from people in your contact list, making it easy to pick out from the rest of the noise!
Link Multiple Emails to a Contact:
InfoFlo lets you associate multiple email accounts to a single person and view all emails associated with the contact. As well, when sending an email, you can select which email account to send to.
