Email Management Features:

Automatic Linking and Archiving of Emails:
All emails are automatically linked and archived to the appropriate contact for you. This uniqe feature saves you precious time in having to manually drag and drop an email to a contact folder like you normally would in Outlook and/or other popular email clients.

Email History for each Contact:
Select a contact and go to the Email tab to see ALL emails received from or sent to this contact's email addresses! It's as simple as that.

Emails from People you Know:
In your InfoFlo inbox, all emails in the system are automatically filtered by Known and Unknown. All Known messages are coming from people in your contact list, making it easy to pick out from the rest of the noise! You can even populate unknown emails and create a new contact from them.

Jump To Contact
From the InfoFlo inbox view, InfoFlo lets you select a specific email and jumpp to the contact linked to it. You can now view all emails linked to the contact in addition all appointments, files, notes and more linked to the contact.
