    Easily create templates in Microsoft Word and add personalized fields by following the directions in our knowledge base

  • Share with all users

    Once created, all shared users will have access to the templates.

  • Automatically Populate Fields:

    When seleting the template button, InfoFlo automatically load the template in Word for you and populate all fields for you These fields can include the contact's First Name, Last Name, Address and more

  • Automatically Link to Contact

    When finished editing the template, simply close Microsoft Word and InfoFlo will automatically link it to the contact for you!

  • Template is Linked, now What

    Once linked you can send it as an email, convert it to PDF, Copy & Paste it to another entity or create a new version
