The Scan add-on is designed to enhance office management efficiency by centralizing all scanning. It is especially useful in environments where shared resources such as scanners are centrally located to serve a group or a department.
Link and Archive a Scan:
Delivering items such as scans is a simple drag & drop operation. Scans can be directly deposited into any entities folder and is then automatically linked and archived to the entity for you. If the entity is being shared with other users the scanned file is instantly distributed to all users, transforming any TWAIN scanner into a network scanner.
Scanning Integration:
InfoFlo seamlessly integrates with any TWAIN compliant scanner, allowing clients to continue using the native application provided by the scanner vendor. Therefore, you do not require any extra software from us.
Output Format:
Any item can be scanned as a PDF, JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG and TIFF formats.
Scan Preview:
Every scanned item can be previewed. The preview window supports PDF, JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG and TIFF formats.
Tree Structure:
Creating folders and sub-folders right from the Scanning view and quickly place all similar scans in the same folder, making it very simple to scan first and link later.
File Prefix:
Prior to scanning, you can configure a file prefix so that all similar scanned items will have the same name with increasing numbers. For example, you can set the File Prefix to “Letter”. The first time you scan the file name will be “Letter001”, the next one will be “Letter002” and so on.
Merge to PDF:
Merge multiple scanned items into a single PDF. Instantly link them to an entity.
