View Local Files:
Thanks to our easy-to-use User Interface, with a single click, you can access all of your local and network files right from within InfoFlo.
Link and Archive Files:
Link any local file or folder to a specific contact, company, category or shared project with a single drag & drop or copy & paste and InfoFlo will automatically archive it to the server.
View Files:
Select the contact, company, category or shared project entity you desire and instantly view all files associated with it, just like with emails. Never waste time looking for that important file again!
Folder Structure:
Keep your documents neat and organized by storing them in appropriate folders and sub-folders.
Document Categories:
InfoFlo can create document folders for you and will automatically create the folders every time a new contact, company, category or shared project entity is created. With this great feature, you'll never need to waste time in creating the same folders over and over.
Copy or Link:
InfoFlo includes advanced Copy or Link features traditionally only found in expensive Document Management system. When you Copy and Paste the same file to a new entity, InfoFlo will give you 2 options:
1. Make a new Copy or
2. Copy the same file and link it to multiple entities so that no matter where the file is located, you will always have the most updated version.
Cut & Paste:
Cut & Paste any file from one entity to another, from your local computer to InfoFlo or vice versa.
ZIP:
Archive files to a ZIP file and automatically link it to an entity.
