Relationship Management:

Click on a contact and see all companies and categories linked to it as well the contact's email addresses, phone numbers, website URL, comments and more.
Email Management:
InfoFlo automatically links all incoming and outgoing emails to contacts for you, so you don't have set any rules or filers. Simply select the contact and click the "Emails" tab to see all incoming and outgoing emails associated with a contact. Email Management >>
Document Archiving:
Link any file to a specific contact within InfoFlo with a simple drag and drop or copy and paste. To retrieve this file later on, simply select the contact and click the "My Files" tab to view all files and folders associated with the contact. Document Archiving >>

Scan a document using our scanning addon and with a simple drag and drop link it to a contact.

Calendar Management:
Create a meeting or appointment using InfoFlo's built in calendar editor and InfoFlo will automatically link it to the appropriate contact(s) for you. Simply select the contact and click the "Calendars" tab to view all calendar events linked to the contact. Calendar Management >>
Notes Management:
Create a note using InfoFlo's built in note's editor and InfoFlo will automatically link it to the appropriate contact for you. Simply select the contact and click the "Notes" tab to view all notes that are linked to the contact. Notes can be edited at any time.

Audio Recording:
Instantly create an audio recording using InfoFlo's built-in audio recording and InfoFlo will automatically link it to the appropriate contact for you. Simply select the contact and click the "Recordings" tab to view all recordings that are linked to the contact. Audio Recording >>
Contact Sharing and Full Collaboration:
Share contacts through categories. When sharing a contact you can even select which specific InfoFlo users to share your contact's with. Once shared, all contact information is shared with all users. This includes all emails, calendar events, documents, notes and audio recordings. Document Management:
InfoFlo includes complete document management. This includes check-out, check-in, revert to previous version and version history. This features are available for all shared and non-shared documents.
