InfoFlo allows users to share calendar events, view shared calendars and create appointments for shared users, all with permission conttol capabilities.

View shared user's calendar:
Schedule meetings with ease using InfoFlo's ability to view a another user's calendar. With InfoFlo, you may never double-book another meeting again!

Create a calendar event for a shared user:
Remove the tedious work of having to request and accept meetings with the ability to create a calendar event directly in another user's calendar. This feature reduces possible confusion and unnecessary manual entry for your entire office.

Select which users can view your calendar:
Manage your teams by restricting calendar access to only authorized viewers. Confidential appointments will remain as such unless explicity defined in InfoFlo's access controls.

Option to create either a shared or private calendar event:
Some events are better set as private, because not everybody needs to know that you need to leave early to pick up the kids. InfoFlo gives you the flexibily to keep personal appointments private.
