Enjoy complete calendar management including a friendly calendar interface. Schedule events and meetings and automatically have them linked to the appropriate contact.
Calendar Management Features:

Link and Archive a Calendar Event:
As with emails, all calendar events are automatically linked to the appropriate contact and are added to the InfoFlo calendar. With this time saving feature, every appointment or meeting is only a single click away, either by select the contact, or by viewing it in the InfoFlo calendar interface.

Calendar History for each Contact:
Select a contact and go to the Calendar tab to see ALL meetings and appointments linked to the contact.

Calendar Interface:
The Calendar interface has an almost striking resemblance to the familiar Outlook calendar, where everything appears on one screen, with the option of selecting Day, Week, Work Week or Month views. As well, it offers a friendly Upcoming Events view and Date Navigator, just like in Outlook. Most importantly the interface is simple and won't slow you down!

Schedule Appointments and Meetings:
As in Outlook, you can create an appointment or meeting right from our calendar by double-clicking on a time and date.

Time Slot Availabillity:
Organize a new meeting and view time slot availability for other InfoFlo users.

InfoFlo Calendar Editor:
InfoFlo includes a built-in calendar editor that can replace the Outlook calendar editor. Click here for more information
